Will you need access to an outlet?
Our mobile detailing van is fully self-sustaining!
We won't need access to a water OR power source!
What are your hours?
We offer detailing every day of the week from dawn until dusk.
Please note that we tend to book up quickly in the summer months!
How long will the detail take?
The detail length varies based on the size of your vehicle, the condition it is in, and what services you book with us. Our average detail time is 2 and 1/2 hours.
What happens if it rains during my scheduled detail time?
We will always try our best to keep your original appointment time.
Exterior details may be subject to reschedule.
All details are subject to reschedule in case of extremely heavy rain, flooding, or storms (of any type).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Cash app/Venmo, and Debit/Credit (via Square).
Do you detail in the winter?
We complete interior details in all weather and seasons.
Exterior details may still be complete as long as it is above 38 degrees outside.
Snow, extremely low temps, and severe weather conditions may call for a reschedule.
Do you offer multiple car discounts?
Yes! We offer fleet pricing when booking jobs with more than 5 vehicles.
Price is determined via consultation.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes! You can reschedule your appointment up until 24 hours before the appointment time. Please shoot us a text or email us to reschedule.
All sales final policy - Driven to Details LLC's does not provide monetary refunds for services rendered. We ensure each customer is satisfied with their vehicle detail at the time of service. We will have you inspect your vehicles upon completion or send photos if you are off-site. We won't leave until you are satisfied. If there are issues with your contracted detail service, we will always make it right.
