Are you mobile? (Do you have a shop?)
-Driven to Details is currently completely mobile, meaning we will come to you and complete the detail at your location (home, work, etc.)
-We may in the future expand and open a shop location but at the moment, take advantage of the convenience of us coming to you!
Will you need water/electricity?
-Our van is completely self-sufficent! We will not need access to your outlet, water,etc. We will just need a clear space to park our van next to your vehicle and approval from the property's owner to detail on property.
What makes you different from other detailers in the area?
-We are proud to say we are a registered and insured company, not just a guy with a vacuum!
-Our business name is Trademarked.
-We went the legal route of opening our business, pay taxes each year, and are protected in case of accidental damage.
-Customer satisfaction is our most important value! We are not happy until you are happy!
What happens if it rains/snows?
-We try our hardest to make it to each and every detail appointment, in the case of poor weather we will reach out to reschedule your appointment. We will get you back on the schedule as quickly as possible!
-Rain, Snow, Sleet, Unsafe road conditions, temps below freezing, storm warnings, etc. may be terms for a reschedule.
Where do you service?
-We are based out of Edwardsville, IL and service (about) 30 minutes in any direction of Edwardsville!
-For tax purposes, we do not yet service into Missouri, we hope to expand in the future.
